WooIntel ("we," "us," or "our") is a SaaS product that provides WooCommerce capability audits for agencies and consultants. Our website is woointel.com. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@woointel.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account data: Your email address and password (hashed) when you create an account.
- Usage data: Domains you submit for auditing, scan counts, and saved reports.
- Billing data: Payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage logs for security and debugging.
3. How we use your data
- To provide the WooIntel service — running audits, storing reports, managing your account.
- To enforce usage limits and process billing.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
- To improve the product through aggregated, anonymized usage analysis.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate WooIntel:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- OpenAI — AI-generated audit insights. Domains you scan may be sent to OpenAI's API.
- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure.
Each provider has its own privacy policy and data processing terms.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data and saved reports as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@woointel.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use session cookies required for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels on our platform.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of WooIntel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
