Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using WooIntel ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. WooIntel is operated by its founders ("we," "us," or "our"). Contact: hello@woointel.com.

2. Description of service

WooIntel provides automated capability audits of publicly accessible WooCommerce stores. The Service detects technology signals from publicly available HTML and generates AI-assisted analysis. Audits are intended as sales intelligence tools, not as authoritative technical assessments.

3. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts across multiple users unless you are on a plan that explicitly includes team seats.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan domains you do not have permission to analyze for commercial purposes where prohibited by law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying detection logic or AI outputs for the purpose of building a competing product.
• Abuse the scanning infrastructure (automated bulk scanning beyond your plan limits, denial-of-service attacks, etc.).
• Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly. Billing is handled by Stripe.
• Scan limits reset on the first of each calendar month. Unused scans do not roll over.
• You may cancel at any time. Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds.
• Free-tier scans are provided as-is with no SLA or uptime guarantee.

6. Accuracy disclaimer

WooIntel detects technology signals from publicly visible HTML. Detection is not guaranteed to be complete or accurate — stores may obfuscate their stack, serve different content to crawlers, or use tools that leave no detectable footprint. AI-generated insights are probabilistic, not authoritative. Do not rely solely on WooIntel output for high-stakes business decisions without independent verification.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of domains and data you submit. WooIntel retains ownership of its detection logic, capability framework, prompt architecture, and all software. Audit reports generated for your account are yours to use commercially.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WooIntel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including lost revenue, lost data, or missed sales opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid subscribers.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
